Senior Product Designer

About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead systems work across our onboarding, billing, and account architecture surfaces. You'll work with a distributed enterprise software team that values async collaboration, design systems thinking, and product craft at the platform level.

The ideal candidate has deep experience designing for complex, multi-surface products — especially in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or platform infrastructure. You should be comfortable working closely with engineering and product counterparts to ship thoughtful, scalable design work.

What You Will Do

• Lead design for account setup, billing flows, and admin tooling surfaces.
• Maintain and evolve the product design system alongside engineering partners.
• Collaborate with platform PM and staff engineers on long-term architecture decisions.
• Run design critiques and contribute to the team's async review culture.
• Define and track design quality metrics using Amplitude and internal tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing for complex, multi-surface products.
• Deep understanding of design systems and component-driven development.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, fintech, or platform infrastructure design.
• Proficiency with Figma, Amplitude, SQL, and Storybook.
• Strong written communication for async-heavy collaboration.
