Engineering Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of 8–12 engineers, owning roadmap planning, delivery execution, and people development. You will partner closely with product and design to ship high-impact features while fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 8–12 software engineers across multiple product areas
• Own the engineering roadmap, sprint planning, and delivery cadence for your team
• Partner with product management and design to translate business goals into technical strategies
• Drive architectural decisions and ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and maintainable
• Establish and improve engineering processes including CI/CD, code review, and incident response

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in a management role
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams
• Deep experience with system design, distributed architectures, and cloud infrastructure
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and/or Python with production-level experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align technical and business stakeholders
