Product Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a Product Designer to own the design of user-facing features across our platform. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and user research to deliver intuitive, polished experiences that help recruiters and job seekers accomplish their goals faster.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile surfaces
• Collaborate with engineering to translate designs into accessible, production-ready interfaces
• Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and validate solutions
• Contribute to and evolve the product design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
• Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine solutions iteratively

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional product design experience shipping consumer or SaaS products
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, auto-layout, and component libraries
• Strong foundation in user research methods including usability testing, interviews, and surveys
• Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
