UX Researcher

Job Description

We are looking for a UX Researcher to drive data-driven design decisions across our product. You will plan and execute usability studies, conduct user interviews, and synthesize findings into actionable insights that shape how recruiters and job seekers interact with our platform.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and conduct usability tests, user interviews, and field studies to uncover user needs and pain points
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into clear, actionable recommendations for product and design teams
• Design and analyze surveys to gather large-scale user feedback and validate hypotheses
• Run A/B tests and analyze results to measure the impact of design changes on key metrics
• Build and maintain a research repository so insights are discoverable and reusable across the organization

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional UX research experience in a product-driven environment
• Expert-level proficiency in usability testing methodologies (moderated, unmoderated, remote)
• Strong interviewing and facilitation skills with experience recruiting and managing participants
• Experience with analytics platforms and tools like Dovetail, UserTesting, or Optimal Workshop
• Ability to translate complex research findings into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
